ndrea is an emerging LPGA Tour star, and her debut win in the Portland Classic 2022 was a memorable moment. Lee has had success at every level including at Standford University earning 9 wins throughout her college career, and having 17 weeks of being the #1 Women's Amateur throughout the World. In the year 2019, she was awarded the Mark H. McCormack Medal for being the highest-ranked women's amateur at the end of the season, and made the transition to professional. Andrea Lee was a Los Angeles born girl in August 15th the 15th of August, 1998. She started playing golf when she was just 5 under the tuition from her dad James. When she was 8 years old she started competing at tournaments. In just four years, was awarded 50 Junior championships. This year's US Women's Open was her first cut. Her dad was her caddie. She was 15 when this happened. She was invited by sponsors to participate at the 2015. ANA Inspiration LPGA Tour, however, she was not able to make the cut. Lee played for the USA as a Junior Ryder Cup Junior Solheim Cup Curtis Cup team as well as at the Women's World Amateur Team Championship. The Stanford University's most famous golfer ever to play at Stanford University in the year 2016 when she was awarded nine titles in the following three years. Lee was forced to leave Stanford University and turned pro in 2019. Her amateur golf career included 17 weeks at the top of the World Amateur Golf Ranking. Lee was also awarded the Mark H. McCormack Award for the year 2019, having finished the season at the top of the amateur ranking. Lee had four hole-in-ones and one albatross as an amateur. Her debut year with the LPGA Tour saw her finish within the top two spots of 10. She finished seventh in the 2020 AIG Women's Open held at Kingsbarns Golf Links. Lee's debut LPGA Tour victory came in 2022 in the Portland Classic. The winner devoted the victory to her late father Min she said that he always called me a winner and always believed in me. It was a great honor to be his grandpa. I was sure he'd be paying attention. Her previous competitions included the sport of soccer, taekwondo as well as figure skating. Outside of golf, her interests have included shopping at the movies, bowling, and snowboarding.
